Product Specification
Input screens/forms Internal IT department time and commitment to build necessary input forms to include all registry items. In-house screens/forms must pass rigorous internal decision processes and validations SB-Global contains all data elements and input forms to collect each of the registry items as designed and required by ministries of health or NGOs.
Data Validation All fields must meet stringent validation requirements and must pass testing. Validation rules must be maintained in- house. SB-Global is built with the validations for every field and has passed CDC testing.
Patient Unique Identifiers Internal systems need to connect to ministries of health and NGOs and validate user demographics to create unique identifiers for each patient. UIDs in SB-Global maintain patient privacy while enabling information to be shared.
Patient Transportability Internal EHR will not have historical data on patients transferring in from another clinic. When patients transfer from another clinic, the internal data will not move with them. Patient sharing is built into SB-Global as patients move between clinics using SB-Global their data moves with them.
Updates to Forms and Registry Variables Changes to forms and registry variables must be implemented using internal resources, and must be completed on governmental timeframes SB-Global is updated every time changes are requested.
Exporting Data for Submission IT departments will need to design, build and test export routines to extract the data from their EHR into XML files for transport to government agencies and NGOs.

All exported data is validated to comply with registry rules.

Submission of Forms IT departments will need to design, build and test an approved secure method of data transport from their site to the data collection site. This is built into SB-Global and maintained by GZS
